We moved in March 2025! Our new location is 1 Summit Ave. Broomall, PA, 19008. Please use our main entrance unless you require the ramp. We are located just off West Chester Pike on the back side of Arrow Cleaners, in between the intersections of Sproul Rd & West Chester Pike and Church Lane & West Chester Pike. Our building can be found in between CVS and United Saving Bank. We have ample parking in front and on the side of our building.
If possible, please arrive to your appointment free of make-up and jewelry. There is a private area to place your personal belongings in your treatment room. We will provide a spa wrap to change into, but if you wish to remain in your own pants, please wear something comfortable.
This is entirely up to you, but you do not need to wash your hair “for us.” We understand that life is busy and it’s truly not necessary to come with freshly washed hair, as we will be deeply cleansing your scalp and hair. If it’s wash day, just leave it to us! For a true read under the scope, it is best to come on the day you would normally wash your hair (typically 2-4 days post-wash)

Heavenly Head Spa is by appointment only. We do have a waitlist for last minute appointments on our website.
Yes, we do require a credit card on file and 50% deposit at the time of
booking. The deposit will be applied toward your service. Please refer to our policies page to review our cancellation policy.

Our staff is experienced with all types of hair from thin & fragile, thick & coarse, wavy, and curly. With our primary focus on the scalp, to promote healthy hair growth, it is imperative that we have proper access to the scalp. We cannot perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins as these obstruct access to the scalp. Please contact us with questions.
All of our ingredients are safe for any kind of treated hair, however, if you’ve recently had any kind of chemical services within a week before your Head Spa appointment, there is a chance that the color/keratin may lift during our detoxing process. Therefore, we recommend that guests wait at least one week after any kind of chemical service or treatment before receiving a Head Spa. We also recommend waiting at least one week after having a Head spa before doing any kind of chemical services. It is best not to apply chemicals to a freshly cleaned scalp.
We do accept clients under the age of 18, but a parent/guardian consent form is required. Clients under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present for the service.
Guests, including children, are not permitted at Heavenly Head Spa during your appointment, with the exception of the requirement for minors.
Heavenly Head Spa exclusively uses organic and natural products that are completely safe for pregnant guests. It is always best to consult your doctor to see if there is anything you should avoid. We do require guests to lay completely flat on your back during the entire head spa service. If this is something you are unable to do, then it may be best to wait until after delivery before booking a head spa.
Once in the Heavenly Head Spa treatment room, you may use your phone to record content with approval from your technician. All phones and devices must be set to silent mode, and phone conversations are prohibited for the relaxation purposes of other guests.
Once inside your private treatment room, we will provide you with a
comfortable spa wrap to change into. It is best that we have access to your arms and shoulders during the appointment so you can fully enjoy the experience. Most men prefer to remain in their own comfortable shorts or pants and just remove their shirt for the head spa. We have many blanket options to ensure optimal comfort.
Yes! Heavenly Head Spa beds are completely flat, with ample padding for support, and extra-large bolsters for maximum comfort. Most clients do find our beds to be extremely comfortable, however, if you are not able to lay completely flat for any reason, we would not be able to perform your head spa service. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Blowouts are scheduled in 45-minute increments. If you have extremely long, thick, or textured hair that generally takes a significant amount of time to dry, please select this add-on option at the time of booking. This ensures we can schedule additional time for the convenience of our staff and all guests.
Heavenly Head Spa conveniently offers E-gift cards on our website. You may email a gift card directly to the recipient on a scheduled date or email it to yourself to print as a physical gift card. We do now also offer physical gift cards to purchase during your appointment. We do not accept walk-ins as most of our staff is working with clients during spa hours. If you wish to come in to purchase a physical gift card, please call first to ensure someone can assist you.
Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk. If no one is at the front desk to assist you, please refer to our message board at the front desk, check yourself in on the self-service ipad, and take a seat in the relaxation room where your technician will greet you at the start of your appointment. While waiting, please help yourself to refreshments and use the restroom located inside of the relaxation room before your appointment begins. Once in your private treatment room, your appointment will begin with changing into a comfortable spa wrap, reviewing your intake waiver and a scalp microscope analysis to ensure a customized head spa experience. Next, you will be assisted into the spa bed and set up for maximum comfort. Heavenly Head Spa performs silent treatments to ensure full relaxation, unless a guest otherwise opts for a non-silent service. Your technician will gently inform you of the conclusion of your head spa and assist you out of
the bed if-needed. Your appointment will conclude with a comb-out, leave-in products, signature heavenly braid or blowout style if scheduled. If you are interested in taking home products, your technician can give recommendations at our retail area at checkout!
Heavenly Head Spa exclusively uses natural, organic, clean products that are safe for chemically treated hair and sensitive skin. We do recommend waiting at least one week before/after a chemical or color service to have a head spa. Heavenly Head Spa cannot perform head spa services on guests with open wounds, sores, severely inflamed scalp conditions, active skin infections or stitches.
No, we do not perform head spa services on clients with hair extensions. We require full access to the scalp and hair extensions obstruct access to the scalp. We highly recommend booking a head spa in between extension services, once your extensions have been removed. This is the perfect time to get that deep clean in between extension services!
Heavenly Head Spa does everything to ensure our guests are comfortable. Some substitutions can be made to customize services for our guests. Please contact us prior to your appointment to discuss any special requests or concerns.
We highly recommend arriving to your appointment without jewelry. Earrings, rings, bracelets, and especially necklaces can get in the way of tools, equipment, and your technician’s ability to perform the service properly. We absolutely cannot perform head spa on clients wearing necklaces or dangle/hoop earrings for the safety of our guests. We are able to work around permanent bracelets.
No! Heavenly Head Spa is exclusively a wellness center that provides only authentic, luxury head spa experiences. We are not a salon and do not offer any chemical services, haircuts, traditional spa services, body
massage, or med-spa services of any kind.
We offer several options! Please book a head spa with blowout if you would like us to blow-dry your hair after your head spa. If you prefer to forego the blowout, we will provide a thorough comb-out, apply leave in products, and can provide a simple braid if desired. We also have a self-service blow-dry bar where you are welcome to use multiple Shark blow-dry stylers to dry and style your own hair. We do have a portable seated dryer if you prefer that option.
We have made every attempt to ensure the comfortability of all guests!
Most of our beds are standard width but several of our beds are positioned for optimal comfort for taller guests. We also have a 1st floor treatment room located near our entrance ramp that provides 1 custom-width bed measuring 6 inches wider than all traditional head spa beds. This option is perfect for a guest that requires a 1 st floor treatment room or would prefer a larger bed for their comfort! Please contact us with questions or concerns! Your comfort is our #1 priority.
No! Each head spa treatment is performed in the comfort of your own,
private treatment room, unless you book a couples/doubles treatment with a friend or family member and opt for our private couple’s room.
Every staff member at Heavenly Head Spa is a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician with extensive training in Japanese & Scandinavian Head Spa. The owner & founder of Heavenly Head Spa is a licensed cosmetologist, certified Trichologist, and hair loss practitioner that personally trains each head spa technician to her standards. Each head spa technician undergoes extensive technical and practical training and testing to ensure the highest standard of care in every head spa service.
